Bio
Maddy is a corporate attorney in the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group. Her practice focuses on advising high-growth businesses and investors in the areas of company formation, venture capital and other financings, strategic transactions, and corporate governance. Maddy primarily works with clients in the life sciences industry.
Maddy received her B.S. in Civil Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a structural engineer for the United States Army Corps of Engineers. She received her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, and L.L.M. in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke Law School, where she was a Mordecai Scholar.
