Nicholas is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice group. His practice focuses on assisting clients on a wide range of issues including corporate governance, securities offerings, mergers and other strategic combinations, and reporting requirements.

Nicholas received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Nicholas served as a Senior Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. He received a Master in Accounting degree from North Carolina State University, where he was a graduate assistant and recipient of an academic fellowship. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Elon University. Prior to law school, Nicholas worked as a Certified Public Accountant in PwC’s Raleigh office, where he was a member of the corporate tax team.
