Nicholas is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice group. His practice focuses on assisting clients on a wide range of matters including corporate governance, securities offerings, mergers and other strategic combinations, and SEC reporting and compliance (including annual and quarterly reports, proxy materials, and Section 16 reports).

Nicholas received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Nicholas served as a Senior Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. He received a Master in Accounting degree from North Carolina State University, where he was a graduate assistant and recipient of an academic fellowship. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Elon University. Prior to law school, Nicholas worked as a Certified Public Accountant doing corporate tax and assurance work in PwC’s Raleigh office.
