Bio

Page is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal in the corporate practice group. She previously worked in the printing industry and as a training and development professional.

Page received her B.A., with distinction, from Purdue University. She earned a paralegal certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and during her studies was the recipient of the North Carolina Bar Association Paralegal Division Student Scholarship.

Our Capital Markets practice group assists clients with their most complex and challenging capital raising and corporate governance needs, leveraging the deep expertise of our attorneys and paralegals. We work with companies navigating every stage of the capital raising process, including advising issuers, underwriters, and other financial institutions on an all types of equity and debt capital raisings in a practical and highly responsive manner.
