Qipeng Hu

Qipeng is a corporate attorney in the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group. He advises high-growth companies and investors in various areas, including entity formation, corporate governance, debt and equity financings, and other strategic transactions.

Qipeng received his LL. B. from East China University of Political Science and Law, his LL.M. from Texas Law and his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Qipeng is licensed to practice in the state of California only.
