Randy is a skilled financial strategist with more than 35 years of experience in the legal industry. He has a proven record of implementing innovative, cost-effective initiatives that have enabled firms to meet or exceed growth targets, while achieving operational improvements and increased efficiencies.
In addition to his extensive financial expertise, Randy enhances the firm’s ability to achieve the client and employee-focused principles associated with “The Wyrick Way,” through his professional approach, commitment to success, inclusive and respectful nature, and valuable insight, to ensure that every facet of our firm is the best it can be. Randy works directly with the Managing Partner, the Executive Committee, Practice Group Leaders, and our Professional Administrative staff, with a focus on achieving the long-term strategic goals of the firm, while overseeing its day-to-day operations.
He also has significant responsibility for managing the firm’s technology infrastructure and our ongoing cybersecurity initiatives. In addition, he also has experience with the Mansfield Certification process and is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion at Wyrick Robbins.
Randy has a master’s degree in Controllership Accounting from St John’s University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Siena College. He is a member of the national and local chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators and a past officer on the local level. Randy has presented on budgeting, profitability, and internal control initiatives at numerous local and regional venues throughout his career.
