Bio

Blake is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group.  His practice focuses on advising public and private companies in a variety of areas of corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, entity formation, corporate governance, commercial contracts, securities law compliance, and general business matters.

Blake joined the firm in 2020 and has experience representing clients in a wide range of industries, including software and technology, life sciences and healthcare, professional services, and manufacturing, among others.

Blake received his J.D. from UNC School of Law, with Honors, where he served as both a staff member and Editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. Prior to attending law school, he received his B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill, double-majoring in Political Science and Hispanic Linguistics
