Sarah is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. She advises on a broad range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters to support clients in a wide range of industries. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with the design, implementation and operation of equity compensation and employee benefits plans and programs.

Sarah received her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Alaska Law Review. She also holds a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
