Timothy J. Spiegel is a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice group.  He joined the firm from Boston where he practiced with an AmLaw 200 firm representing clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including company formation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, commercial contracts, equity compensation, and other general corporate matters, and with an AmLaw 100 firm, where he focused on private funds. Tim received his B.A. from Boston College and his joint J.D./M.B.A. degree from the University of Florida.

Tim is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Florida, Massachusetts, and New York.
