Trevor P. Presler

Bio

Trevor Presler leads the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and has experience representing clients on corporate, transactional, regulatory, fraud and abuse, government investigations, certificate of need, and compliance-related matters.  Mr. Presler has provided counsel to hospitals, health systems, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities and long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, pharmacies, individual and group practices, and other health care and healthcare-adjacent providers and suppliers. His practice focuses on physician and hospital contracting, mergers, acquisitions and healthcare transactions, fraud and abuse law guidance, government investigations, corporate and HIPAA compliance, Medicare enrollment, licensure, certificate of need, Medicare appeals, and other healthcare-related matters. 

Trevor received his B.A. cum laude (2000) and his M.P.A. and J.D., cum laude (2014) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
