Val is a Paralegal supporting the Mergers & Acquisitions and Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice groups. Initially, Val joined the firm as an experienced legal assistant to the Capital Markets and Banking practice groups. In December 2022, she earned her paralegal certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
