Zachary A. Marks

Bio

Zach is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group. Zach’s practice focuses on estate planning and estate and trust administration. He assists individuals and families in the preparation of a wide range of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Additionally, Zach has represented trustees and executors in the administration of trusts and estates, guiding them through the implementation of the decedent’s estate plan and their fiduciary duties.

Zach earned his J.D. with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served as a Forum Editor for the North Carolina Law Review. He studied political science at Davidson College, where he was a member of the Davidson men’s soccer team.
