Zach is a member of the firm’s Lending and Commercial Finance practice group. Zach’s practice focuses on representing borrowers and lenders in debt financings for both private and public companies, including acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, asset-based financings, and mezzanine financings, as well as general corporate and business matters across a broad range of industries.

A native of the Triangle, Zach received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Zach served as Senior Articles Editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum, as well as an Executive Board Member of the Duke Law Innocence Project. He received his B.S.B.A in Business Economics from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Prior to joining the firm, Zach worked as a Finance Associate in the New York office of an international law firm.
