Wyrick Robbins employment litigation partner Cullen Stafford has been appointed to serve as Council Member for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section. His nomination was confirmed at the Section’s annual membership meeting on April 7, 2022, and his term is expected to run through 2026. Cullen has represented clients at all stages of litigation in state and federal court and routinely represents clients in proceedings before the N.C. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other federal and state agencies.

Cullen represents companies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, construction, transportation, manufacturing, retail, education, and finance.
