Delaware Secretary of State Requires all Filings to be Made Via their Document Upload Service

Effective March 24, 2020, Delaware is under a shelter in place order and the Delaware Secretary of State has suspended in-person meetings, although the Delaware Secretary of State has indicated that its staff will remain available during normal business hours to assist customers.  The Division of Corporations is encouraging customers with filings or document requests to utilize the Division’s Document Upload Service.  Online services remain available through the Division’s website, including the ability to pay taxes/file annual reports, file UCCs, search for business entities/obtain basic entity information, obtain entity status, check name availability/reserve entity names and validate certificates.
