New Partner Joins Wyrick Robbins

RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce that Frank Kirschbaum has joined the firm as a partner in the Healthcare Practice Group. His background includes experience in a broad spectrum of regulatory and transactional matters, including certificate of need issues concerning medical equipment,facilitiesand services, as well as state licensure processes and procedures. He frequently provides counsel in drafting and/or analyzing compliance documents, Medicare and Stark regulations, and numerous other types of healthcare documents and agreements. Frank received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
