North Carolina Secretary of State Requires All Filings to be Made Online

The North Carolina Secretary of State has closed its offices to the public, but remains open for business with selected Secretary of State personnel remain available by phone and email.  All filings with the Secretary of State should be made online at www.sosnc.gov until further notice.  Please reach out to your Wyrick Robbins contact if you need assistance with online filings.  The firm’s Banking & Financial Institutions practice group is in close coordination with the North Carolina Secretary of State and the North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks and can facilitate corporate filings for North Carolina banks and bank holding companies as needed during the pendency of any shelter in place orders.
