Wyrick Robbins Announces Two New Partners

Wyrick Robbins is pleased to welcome two attorneys to firm partnership:

Allie Coggins is a member of the firm’s M&A and Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice groups. She advises public and private companies in a variety of areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private placements, company formation and financing, and general business matters. Allie has experience representing businesses in a range of industries, including software and technology, life sciences and healthcare, and industrial and personal services.

Sean Fernandes is a member of the firm’s Privacy & Data Security practice group, advising clients on privacy, data security, and data protection legal issues. He has significant experience with various federal, state, and international laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and other state comprehensive privacy laws, GDPR, HIPAA, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, among others. Sean also guides clients through security incidents and data breaches, privacy regulatory investigations, drafting and negotiating data protection agreements, and the development of privacy compliance programs. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Privacy and Information Security Law and holds a CIPP/US certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
