Wyrick Robbins Elects Tom Allen to Firm Partnership
RALEIGH, NC—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce that attorney Thomas A. Allen has been elected to partnership in the firm, effective January 1, 2012.
Tom practices in the areas of venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Tom was a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, D.C. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
