In its 2024 edition, Chambers USA, a leading authority in the evaluation of law firms and attorneys, has recognized Wyrick Robbins’ Corporate/M&A, Commercial Litigation, and Healthcare practice groups as top-tier practices in North Carolina. Additionally, seven of the firm’s attorneys across various practice areas have been acknowledged as among the best lawyers in the state.

Corporate and M&A Highlights

The Corporate/M&A practice was noted for providing an excellent platform for entrepreneurs, emerging companies, and private equity and venture capital firms across the startup spectrum, including services in formation, investment, capital markets and M&A work.
