Wyrick Robbins Announces Two New Partners

Wyrick Robbins is pleased to welcome two attorneys to firm partnership:

Stephen Perry is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing, and management of commercial real property across a wide variety of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, laboratory, multi-family, and solar.  Mr. Perry regularly represents clients with respect to complex transactions involving real estate in North Carolina and across the broader United States, and also has significant experience working with governmental agencies and municipal bodies in North Carolina to help his clients achieve their goals and objectives.

Trevor Presler is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and has experience representing healthcare clients on various transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. Mr. Presler has provided counsel to hospitals, health systems, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities and long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, pharmacies, and other health care providers. His practice focuses on physician and hospital contracting, mergers and acquisitions, Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute matters, billing compliance, Medicare enrollment, state licensure, HIPAA compliance, Medicare contractor appeals, and other health care-related matters.
