His clients include a diverse range of companies and financial institutions. His transactional practice includes representing both public and private companies in equity and debt offerings and restructurings, including initial public offerings, Rule 144A offerings, tender offers, at-the-market offerings, spin-offs, and exchange offers. He also regularly advises public companies on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange rules and regulations, and periodic reporting responsibilities.
Managing Partner Jimmy Yates said, “We congratulate Andrew on this great accomplishment. His in-depth knowledge of securities law and experience have been invaluable to our Capital Markets practice and our clients. Andrew has quickly earned the confidence of our clients as a “go to” securities lawyer. As a result, he has led some of our clients’ largest securities offerings.”
