Our firm is committed to professional development. We provide our workforce with mentoring, training, feedback, and a sounding board for questions about firm life and professional growth to facilitate career development in an open and collaborative setting.
We have firm-wide diversity and inclusion training, as well as focused sessions on topics such as implicit bias. We host facilitated sessions on racial equity and systemic racism to help us learn from the experiences of others and to share ideas and aspirations on how to build a more just and equal society.
