Ready for a change? At Wyrick Robbins, we offer laterals a distinctly different life experience – professionally and personally – than that offered by the typical Big Law firm. Nearly half of our attorneys, both associates and partners, came to our firm from large, national law firms like Latham, Sullivan & Cromwell, Skadden, Cooley, Wilson Sonsini, Ropes & Gray, and Gibson Dunn, to name a few. It is fair to say that we understand laterals and know how to successfully integrate them into our firm, get them up and running quickly, and provide a path to partnership and leadership positions in the firm.
We are always interested in adding experienced and skilled attorneys to enhance an existing practice group or add an area of expertise that complements our overall practice. We look for candidates who embrace the collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit that our firm values, and who have practical work experience that will benefit the unique needs of our clients.
