Wyrick Robbins Announces Five New Partners

Wyrick Robbins is pleased to welcome five attorneys to firm partnership:

Christie Hartinger is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group.  She focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, representing corporate and private equity clients in M&A transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side.  Christie also regularly represents investment funds in co-investments and fund investments.  To round out her corporate practice, Christie serves as outside counsel to emerging companies and assists with private equity and venture capital financings, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. Christie has experience representing clients of a variety of sizes and in a variety of industries, including software and technology, life sciences, biotechnology, financial services, and waste management.

Jessica Heffner focuses her practice exclusively in Family Law matters. As a North Carolina Board Certified Family Law Specialist, her practice includes all aspects of North Carolina family law litigation and mediation, including child custody and support, equitable distribution, post-separation support and alimony, premarital agreements, separation agreements, postnuptial agreements, divorce, and appeals.

Lorna Knick practices primarily in the areas of Capital Markets, Securities Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and general corporate law. Lorna’s experience includes advising a diverse range of companies and financial institutions on capital markets and corporate governance matters.  She has represented both public and private companies in equity and convertible debt offerings, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises public companies on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange rules and regulations, and periodic reporting responsibilities.

Molly Martinson is a member of the firm’s Privacy & Data Security practice group. She advises clients on compliance with state and federal laws that impact collection, use, sharing, and protection of personal information, such as the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), GDPR, CAN-SPAM, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), laws regulating data brokers, and laws governing website and mobile application privacy policies. Additionally, Molly counsels clients on a broad spectrum of HIPAA compliance-related matters. She represents clients across a variety of industries including retail, healthcare, media, and life sciences. Molly also co-chairs the firm’s Recruiting Committee.

Annalise Perry is a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies practice group. Her practice focuses on high-growth businesses, representing both early-stage companies and investors. She advises clients on venture capital and other financings, corporate governance, securities issues, strategic transactions, and exits. Annalise primarily works with clients in the life sciences and information technology industries. Annalise also co-chairs the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
